I wanted to say thank you to you both for coming out and being sympathetic to our problem. The last two-and-a-half years of dealing with another company have been incredibly difficult and frustrating. It’s a refreshing change to deal with people like you who actually care about what customers say and genuinely want to resolve the problem.
